Mission
Penelope's strives to provide you with gently-worn upscale clothing and accessories at a minimal cost.  Our atmosphere is fresh, fun, and relaxing with no pressure.  You will find we provide honest fashion advice and helpful suggestions.  Penelope's will be your personal shopper without the high prices.
 
Consignment Policy
All consignment apparel must be freshly laundered, pressed (if necessary), and received on hangers.  All consigned items are accepted based upon the criteria established by Penelope's.  We reserve the right to later donate any item that does not meet our standards for acceptance.

Items are consigned for 75 days.  The consignor receives 45% of the selling price.  Penelope's will price your items at a marketable value.  Any pricing requests by consignor must be made at the time of drop off.
 
We do not mail or call consignors regarding items sold.  However, you can call to check the status of your account and we can prepare a check for you to pick up or mail you a check for a .75 cent fee that is deducted from your check.  Or, you can use store credit towards a purchase at any time.

Items unsold at the end of the consignment period become the property of Penelope's or will be donated to a non-profit group.  By your request, you will receive a donation receipt for items donated.  If you would like any items back that did not sell, please call before your Batch End Date to schedule a pick-up for those unsold items.
 
Penelope's is not responsible for fire, theft, or damage incurred to any items while consigned.

Spring
January 1 - March 31

Summer
April 1 - June 30

Fall
July 1 - September 30

Winter
October 1 - December 31

*Schedule is subject to change to accomodate needs for the season.

Walk-ins taken every Tuesday from 11-6pm (excluding holidays).  25 item limit per walk-in.

Appointments are taken for over 25 items or if walk-in day is not convenient.
